Text: Matthew 6:14-15
For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you: but if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

Reflection:
Unforgiveness quietly contaminates the heart. It creates emotional heaviness and spiritual distance. Holiness includes emotional freedom and forgiveness is a major part of that freedom.
Forgiveness does not excuse wrong actions, but it releases us from carrying bitterness. When we refuse to forgive, we stay connected to every pain of the past but when we forgive, we allow God to heal us.

Sometimes forgiveness is a process rather than a single moment. It may require repeated surrender, honest prayer, and God’s strength. Trust me each step toward forgiveness restores peace and clarity because 
a clean heart is one that refuses to hold onto resentment.

You might have had every reason to remain bitter towards anyone but you can as well choose forgiveness and recognize God’s greater plan. 

Reflection Moment 
Is there someone I need to release in order to experience freedom?
