Text: Revelation 3:20
"Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he with me."

Reflection :
God desires closeness with us and Revelation 3:20 paints a picture of Jesus standing at the door and knocking. 
This verse is often used for salvation, but it was speaking to believers, telling us Jesus is always knocking on the door of people who already knew Him and inviting them to a deeper fellowship.

Holiness is not about distancing ourselves from God because we feel unworthy. It is about responding to His invitation for intimacy. A close walk begins when we intentionally open the door daily.
Fellowship with God is more than prayer requests. It is communion, listening, sitting, worshiping, and reflecting. Sometimes we rush into God’s presence with needs and rush out again. But closeness requires time and attention.
In life, we need to encourage one another to value His presence more than productivity. Holiness grows naturally where fellowship is prioritized.

 In Luke 10, Mary chose to sit at Jesus’ feet while Martha was busy with tasks. Martha wasn’t wrong to serve but Mary chose presence first and Jesus said she chose the better part. Fellowship fuels everything else.

Reflection Moment 
What distractions most often pull me away from intentional time with God?
