Topic: Bold Faith, No Shame - Faith That Refuses to Be Silent 2
Bible Text:Acts 4:18-20
"And they called them, and commanded them not to speak at all nor teach in the name of Jesus.
 But Peter and John answered and said unto them, Whether it be right in the sight of God to hearken unto you more than unto God, judge ye. For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard. "

Reflection :
Many believers today are not threatened with imprisonment, yet silence can still become a temptation. We may hesitate to identify ourselves as followers of Christ because we fear rejection, criticism, or misunderstanding. Sometimes we remain silent when God gives us an opportunity to encourage someone with His Word or share the hope we have in Christ.

Boldness does not always mean standing before a large crowd to preach. Often, it is seen in simple acts of obedience. It may be praying with a friend who is hurting, sharing your testimony, inviting someone to church, encouraging a discouraged believer, or speaking words of hope to someone who feels lost. God uses ordinary acts of faithfulness to accomplish extraordinary purposes.

Ask yourself today, "What has Jesus done in my life that I cannot keep to myself?" Every believer has a testimony. You may not know every answer to every question, but you know how Christ has changed your life. Never underestimate the power of your story when it points people to Him.

Key Point: 
A heart that has truly encountered Jesus cannot remain silent about Him.

Prayer Point: 
Lord Jesus, fill me afresh with your Holy Spirit and give the courage to speak about you with love.

Reflection: Holiness is often misunderstood. Many people hear the word and think of strict rules, constant correction, or a list of “do’s and don’ts. Scripture reveals something far more relational. God does not call us to holiness to restrict us,He calls us to holiness to claim us. In Leviticus 20:26, God says, “You shall be holy unto Me.” Notice the direction of the holiness.
