Topic: Growing Deeper in His Presence - Confidence in God’s Word
Text: Hebrews 11:1
“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”

Reflection: 
Faith gives substance to our hope because it takes God at His Word even before we see the physical manifestation. As we grow in His presence, our faith must move beyond merely believing that God exists to trusting what He has said.

The Word of God becomes our evidence. When we discover what God has promised concerning our lives, we can stand firmly on His Word, pray with confidence, and wait expectantly.

Romans 10:17 “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.”
2 Corinthians 5:7 “For we walk by faith, not by sight.”
Mark 11:24 “What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.”

What are you trusting God for? Have you found His Word concerning it? If you have, don't allow what you see around you to destroy your confidence in what God has spoken.

Key Point: 
Growing in His presence means growing in our confidence in His Word.

Reflection: Holiness is often misunderstood. Many people hear the word and think of strict rules, constant correction, or a list of “do’s and don’ts. Scripture reveals something far more relational. God does not call us to holiness to restrict us,He calls us to holiness to claim us. In Leviticus 20:26, God says, “You shall be holy unto Me.” Notice the direction of the holiness. Holiness is not about people, it is about belonging to God.
