Topic : Growing Deeper in His Presence
Text : Jeremiah 29:13
"And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart."

Reflection:
Growing deeper in God's presence begins with a heart that genuinely seeks Him. God is not interested in being an occasional part of our lives. He desires a relationship with us, a relationship in which we intentionally pursue Him, listen to Him, trust Him, and allow Him to shape our lives.

A heart that seeks God does not wait until everything is perfect before coming into His presence. It seeks Him in difficult seasons and peaceful seasons, it seeks Him when prayers seem to be answered and when the answers appear delayed, and it also seeks Him when emotions are strong and when feelings are quiet.

This is because seeking God is a decision of the heart, not merely an emotion and sometimes we may not feel spiritual. We may feel tired, distracted, or discouraged. But our relationship with God cannot depend entirely on our feelings. There will be days when prayer feels easy and days when we have to deliberately make ourselves quiet before God. Spiritual maturity means learning to pursue Him consistently regardless of how we feel.

When we genuinely seek God, our priorities begin to change and God is never asking you to pretend. He is asking you to come.

Key Point:
Am I genuinely seeking God's presence, or do I mostly seek Him when I need something from Him?

Prayer:
Father, remove every distraction and every divided desire that competes for my attention in Jesus name

Reflection: Holiness is often misunderstood. Many people hear the word and think of strict rules, constant correction, or a list of “do’s and don’ts. Scripture reveals something far more relational. God does not call us to holiness to restrict us,He calls us to holiness to claim us. In Leviticus 20:26, God says, “You shall be holy unto Me.” Notice the direction of the holiness.
